ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES
The attention of intending exhibitors is drawn to the fact that all entries will be accepted subject to the Rules of the Queensland Chamber of Agricultural Societies and the Rules and Regulations of this Association, in addition to any Special Rules or Regulations which may be printed herein.
ENTRIES CLOSE AS SPECIFIED IN EACH SECTION
Pavilion Entrance Fee: $1.00 per entry
Classes Specifying Children/Students: No Entry Fee
Judging conditions will be at the discretion of the judge whose decision will be final.
Cookery Section Entries: Must be delivered in a sealed container. Entries not sealed will not be accepted. The only person to break the seal must be the judge, for that class, to sample the entry for judging purposes. Only one judge is permitted per class. Once sampled by the judge the entry maybe handed to the stewards for display. Any cutlery or utensils used in the judging process must be cleaned or replaced after every class. At the conclusion of the Show all cookery entries must be discarded and disposed of in the rubbish. ( They are not to be returned to the exhibitor).
EXHIBITS
EVERY CARE TAKEN OF EXHIBITS BUT THE COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE IN ANY WAY. NO EXHIBIT WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUND OR PAVILION WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE STEWARDS.
Bio Security Notice
All entries are taken as a guarantee that the animals, poultry, plants or produce entered for exhibition/display are free from all disease, pest or weeds as far as known to the owner/exhibitor. In the case of infectious disease being spread by an exhibitor/owner then the exhibitor/owner shall be held responsible.
